Riptides Volunteering
All Riptides parents are expected to volunteer at all our of hosted swim meets. See the policy above for requirements based on your athlete's group. The Board will reach out with volunteer opportunities and information. Meet volunteering follows Swim Canada's regulations.
The Club's executive Board of Directors is responsible for the administration of the Riptides Swim Club. Each board member takes on different responsibilities associated with the running of the Club. The Board meets monthly and is elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Member-at-large: Competition and Events (TBC)

Non-Board positions:
These positions are responsible for individual events and Club activities. They are not required to attend monthly board meetings.
Registrar
Process registrations, register all swimmers with Swim AB, and act as the contact person for registrations throughout the year.
Meet Manager
Organize and coordinate all aspects of running a swim meet. This includes coordinating officials, volunteers, timing systems, and awards.
