Cochrane Comets Holiday Invitational

This weekend in Cochrane was Coach Alex's last swim meet! Although it was sad, it was filled with laughing, dancing and fun! Well miss you Alex! 

Thank you to the parents who volunteered on the weekend, it was a huge help! We had great improvements in technique and time drops all around. Some highlights were 

• Olive and Sages 200IMs both with strong finishes.
• Elsas 100 backstroke where she had amazing underwaters, dropped 20 seconds and came 3rd in her age category!
• Isabelle had an awesome 100 free, with a great dive and breakout.
• Kais 100 breaststroke was speedy and looked great.
• Dylan breaking 1 minute in his 100 free was also a highlight of the weekend.
